The Educational Computing Organization of Ontario (ECOO) needed a web-based system to manage registrations and payments for its’ annual conference. The conference registration system has improved the way attendee information is captured, stored and accessed. It has also led to considerable cost savings for the organization, since a variety of administrative tasks have been reduced or eliminated.

Founded in 1979, the Educational Computing Organization of Ontario has grown steadily to a current membership base of over 2,000. ECOO represents all levels of the education system and draws members from all areas of study. The organization focuses primarily on issues specific to Ontario.
